Guidance and Support
Clients meet with their Case Manager throughout their 30 days of residential treatment. Case Managers offer support to the clients in all areas of their treatment process, assist with a clients presenting issues/concerns (ie. housing, workplace issues, legal, benefits, etc.) and will guide/assist clients with their step work. Case Managers are the liaison between the client and the referral agent while in residential treatment. Case Managers provide the referral agent with treatment summaries and recommendations.
The Follow Up Program consists of clients making weekly telephone contact with their Follow Up Counsellor, who then becomes an integral part of their support system. Monthly written contact is made with the referral agent during the follow-up period.
Commitment to Client
The Business & Industry Clinic will assist clients who have relapsed within one year of completing the program to get back on track by inviting them to repeat the full program for a nominal room and board fee.
