Guidance and Support
Clients meet with their Case Manager for a minimum of 4 individual sessions in which they offer support to the clients as well as guide them through their step work. The Case Managers are the liaison between the client and the referral agent while in residential treatment. The Case Managers provide the referral agent with treatment summaries and recommendations.
The Follow-Up Program consists of clients making weekly telephone contact with their Follow-Up Counsellor, who then becomes an integral part of their support system. Monthly written contact is made with the referral agent during the follow-up period.
Commitment to Client
The Business & Industry Clinic will assist clients who have relapsed within one year of completing the program to get back on track by inviting them to repeat the full program for a nominal room and board fee.
